Promoting Peace Since 1982

Mediation Services of Maui, Inc. was established in 1982 to
providecreative and appropriate ways of resolving disputes. MSM is a member of Mediation Centers of Hawaii and the National Association
for Community Mediation.

We are a private non-profit organization that receives funding
from the Hawaii State Judiciary Center for Alternative Dispute
Resolution, the County of Maui, Maui United Way, foundations,
donations, program fees and fundraising campaigns.

Mission

Our mission is to provide, teach, and facilitate appropriate
dispute resolution for people of all ages.

We handle a wide variety of conflicts for families, neighborhoods,
businesses and government agencies.

We bring people together to find their own best solutions, a process that promotes respect, communication and peace.
